Polish Memorial Garden in Douglas, Scotland hosted a celebration of Poland’s National Independence Day. The ceremony was attended by members of the Association of Families of the 1st Polish Armoured Division, paying tribute to Polish soldiers and laying a wreath in the shape of a white and red heart.
Our members also paid tribute to Scottish Rifles and laid a wreath at Cameronians Cairn.
The ceremony was also attended by Teresa Matusiak, Vice Consul of the Republic of Poland in Edinburgh.
